Preparation time: 5 minutes

1. Put the soup seasoning (broth ingredients) into a bowl.

2. Pour 350 ml of hot water into the bowl on top of the above ingredients and stir well.

3. Boil the ramen noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain the water with a sieve.

4. Pour the noodles into the soup and mix gently.

5. Arrange the usual side dishes (everything),

Ramen noodles are actually dishes that originated in China.
However, they have now become a representative dish in Japan.
These Miso Ramen was invented in Hokkaido, the northernmost region of Japan, where the climate is very similar to that of Germany and have been spread throughout the country.
The strong and deep taste of miso and butter is in good harmony with the noodles and other ingredients.
Besides the added foods, you can enjoy other favorite vegetables such as cabbage or bean sprouts as ingredients if you fry them with pork fat or sesame oil and put them on the noodles.
